Historical Snapshots

Just for fun, I’ve pulled up some photos from the Historical Archives in the Life of George Lang.   Enjoy the sneak peak into his life adventures, where work and play and sometimes trouble overlap.

Walter Cronkite and George Lang

It’s hard to believe that a year has passed since veteran anchorman Walter Cronkite passed away in July of 2009.  The “Most Trusted Man in America” can be seen here with George Lang, at least a few years before that.

2010 4th of July at Louis M. Martini Winery

The Big Picture had the opportunity to get up close and personal (again!) to shoot this year’s 2010 fireworks at the beautiful Louis M. Martini Winery in Napa. Check out the show!

4th of July at Louis M. Martini Winery

For the past 15 years, Louis M. Martini Winery has put on one of the most spectacular fireworks show in the Bay Area.

This show is a step above, starting with hors d’oeuvres and newly released wines, a family style dinner and finale the big show, which is choreographed to music that is playing throughout the winery garden and can be tuned into on a local radio station!

This is our favorite 4th of July event, and we’ve had the pleasure of shooting the fireworks show in HD.  Check out last years footage here!
