Marketing video with local flavor and creative character
Posted by TheBigPicture in Marketing Videos, Web Video on January 6th, 2011
Check out our spin on creating a marketing video for our client that not only explains the product and the process, but shows how a small business would actually use it, with a dose of humor and entertainment! There are many ways to explain the 1, 2, 3 of what a product does and we enjoy the opportunity to get creative and present that in an engaging and different way. We created, “Frank the Entrepreneur” to tell us how he markets his scrumptious dogs.
We shot this at the Rosamunde sausage grill in San Francisco – yum!

The power of location expertise and crew efficiency
Posted by TheBigPicture in Web Video on November 18th, 2010
Take a look at the video below. You’ll notice that to tell the story we have several set ups on several scenes at various locations.
A commuter on a ferry boat, a park, a coffee shop, an intersection. We were able to shoot this video at all of these locations in only one day.
With a talented crew and our knowledge of the San Francisco bay area we were able to coordinate this shoot down to the minute, shooting the ferry from the dock, our talent on the ferry, our talent in the park, at a coffee shop and at an intersection.
It takes good script writing, well thought out location scouts and a responsive on set crew to pull something like this together, without sacrificing any of the quality that one would except from a shoot that costs tens of thousands more.
This is what you can expect from The Big Picture with our over 15 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay area.
